Performance related problem

 Most of the people may suffer in a problem concerned with performance related. Basically, when someone innitiate to perform and if it be the first performance of him, he may feel tremour and very fear to perform. This condition is called social anxiety disorder. 

It may occur in public speaking, music performance, in a job interview. Whatever, it is a common things in human beings. 

If the performer have the sufficient knowledge about the performance, he may face performance related disorder. But only skill about the task can reduces the syndrome. 

Different psychologists suggests that to be a positive thinker may overcome the problem. Because, positive thinking increases the self confidence that lead a performance with frequently and effectively.

This causes for many different things. Such as thinking about his performance, he could do this properly or not. If failure have to face. Thinking about audience acceptence.

Leadership

 Leadership is a trait that enables some one to drive some peoples in a specific task.

It is a capability of solving problem. Human beings feels problem in their daily life. Problem should range from birth to death. It should be socio economic problem, health related problem, performance related problem.

But problem should be solve. The peoples who step forward to solve the problem get trust and faith of the peoples. They become leader.

Different tools and elements are related in leadership. We make mistake to identify the tools and elements of leadership. 

Hands and legs are may be the quality of running. This quality may make a person a good football player. 

This also make a person a good cricket player.

Though, hands and legs both are required to play good, but there need different things to be a good cricketer.
